Antonia Potter Prentice joined Protection International in November 2025 as Executive Director. A British-Belgian, she brings 29 years of programme, leadership and governance experience across the human rights, humanitarian, development, mediation and peacebuilding fields with organisations including Alliance2015, Concord, Conciliation Resources EU, European Institute for Peace and Oxfam, working in many countries and global hubs. Her deep interest in facilitating concrete progress on gender, diversity, inclusion, and equality led her to co-found a specialised consultancy, Athena Consortium.
