Pauline has a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Education from London University. She has over 35 years professional experience working on human rights, refugee and social development issues with a number of international NGOs including Oxfam, Action Aid and Just Associates (JASS). She lived in Latin America for 15 years. She has played a number of senior leadership and management roles at the international level specialising in organisational development and working to strengthen women’s agency and leadership.
She is a qualified Associate Integral Coach and has experience working with individuals and teams on developing their leadership skills, especially women working on the front lines of social movements. She received the Bernardo O’Higgins award from the Chilean government in recognition for her contribution to defending human rights and supporting refugees during the military dictatorship.
