Pauline Alvarez Marin is a British and Irish national currently living in Oxford. She has a Bachelor’s in Spanish and has a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Education from London University. She has over 35 years professional experience working on human rights, refugee rights and social development issues with international NGOs including Oxfam, Action Aid and Just Associates (JASS). She lived in Latin America for 15 years. She has occupied a number of senior leadership and management roles at the international level, specialising in organisational development and working to strengthen women’s agency and leadership.
