ProtectionLine is a web platform dedicated to the exchange of experiences and information between human rights defenders. Its aim is to foster effort among as many social actors as possible and induce solidarity action in favor of defenders. There you can read and browse through urgent appeals to protect civil society actors, thematic reports, declarations and press releases. A library and a tools section divided in several thematics are also at your full disposal as a resource to inform actions and tactics to protect defenders.

Education and training for defenders is a broad subject with different needs. One of them is security. With this online course, we aim at helping defenders developing various skills, capacities and strategies to allow them to improve their level of security and protection.

Duration: 60 hours over 3 months (5 hours/week).

Languages: Spanish and English already started. French to come.
